Back in July there was rumors that there were going to be a direct in that month. we all know that it did not happen. We did have one a couple of Fridays ago. I have decided to transfer my predictions from July and put them there. Now let’s see how well I did.
Mario kart world DLC
Nothing. I am thinking we will get DLC late in the switch 2 life or Nintendo just no longer give a damn about this game.
Big Microsoft showing
Again nothing. I am thinking that Microsoft will not announce their games coming to the switch 2 in the directs at all.
No PlayStation games
I was right. We will get PlayStation games to the switch 2 in the future?
Resident evil 4 remake
A no show sadly. On the up upside, we are getting Resident evil 7, 8, and 9 on Feb 27.
No FF7 intergrade release date
I was incorrect but again this was based on if we did have a direct back in July.
Elden ring release date
I was wrong. I don’t think this game is coming this year.
Big 3rd party games
Danganronpa 2×2, FF7 remake intergrade, RE9, MK legacy collection, Hades 2, Dragon Quest 7 reimaged, and Virtua fighter 5. This is a major win
Sega returning IP
Virtua fighter is heading to the switch 2 so I am counting this as a win.
Metroid prime 4 release date
At long f***ing last we got it. It is coming Dec 4

Mario’s 40th Anniversary
We did get a Mario direct. It wasn’t as great as I hoped. We get the name of the 2nd movie, a new tennis game, Super Mario wonder switch 2 edition, and a brand-new Yoshi game. I will count this as a victory.
Overall, 6 out of 11. Not too bad
