xbox tokyo game show highlights

With their exclusives going to other systems, raising the price of both the series S and the X twice in one year, and just yesterday increasing the price of game pass, it seems like Xbox is trying to commit seppuku on itself. About two weeks ago the Tokyo game show took place. Despite all of their issues, Xbox is bringing games to the dying platform. Most of them were already seen but I think there were a few highlights that i want to talk about.

Before I begin, I was thinking about doing a highlight blog for the recent Sony state of play. Yet the only game that impress me was Wolverine. The trailer was bad ass. Then I remember that Insomniac is making the game. These are the same people that made Spider man 2. Then I recall all of the leak rumors that came out. I will not hold my breath of this. Don’t be surprised if logan is killed off early in the game and X23 takes his place for the rest of the game. Insomniac will make X23 smarter, faster, stronger, and flat out better than Logan just because she got both breasts and a vagina.

With that mini rant out of the way, now we can go back to the highlights. The first one is Gungrave G.O.R.E Blood heat. It is a remake or what they called it a full rebuild of the 2022 game. It will have more refined characters and backgrounds, new characters, and a new system. Noe release date at this time. Next is Double Dragon revive. It is nice to see this classic arcade beat em up return. They will be extra modes in the game. The game comes out on 10/23 on everything. Aniimo is next. It seems to be a Pokémon like game. The big question is will Nintendo sue them?

The next one is my biggest highlight Project evil bane. This takes place in medieval times at a group of heroes fight demons. It so of remain me of Scale bound. That big Xbox exclusive that Xbox canceled years ago. That could have been a major killer exclusive for Xbox and a major system seller. This could be a big hit of Xbox if it was an exclusive, but we all know that it will to PC, PS5, and maybe the switch 2 in the future. No wonder why Xbox is failing. The game will come to PC next year and sadly to the series X and S in 2027. The last one is a new trailer for Ninja Gaiden 4. The game has both difficult options and assists. Like hero mode that auto guard and auto dodge. You can turn hero mode on and off any time. It also has a training mode as well. Ninja Gaiden 4 is out on 10/21.
