I am very sorry that this took so long to do. Those last two blogs that I did need to come first. My anger had to come out of me. Now I do feel energized. Before I start, I must say that the lounge will be closed for a little while. The reason is that my laptop has been running slowly for some time. I have enough of it. Soon I will take it to the computer store to get it fix. I will tell all of you when I do it. I will just list what I got right. After all I will grade both directs.
Zelda direct
I only got four correct. I did get a new ocarina device. I wish I can get my hands on one. We did see the official look at the Zelda switch 2. We did got news about the Zelda movie but sadly we got no trailer. Last and most importantly we finally see gameplay from the remake. It is awesome. I already pre order my copy.
3rd parties
Spoiler alert: I didn’t do so hot here.
Sega did show both persona 4 and 6. I was also right about no new Sonic.
Nothing from Microsoft. Diablo 4 was announced but that was about 2 weeks ago. The only other 3rd party I got correct is Capcom. At long last, RE2, 3, and 4 are coming to the switch 2. I was right about monster hunter wilds coming as well.
For Nintendo I did a bit better.
They did remind us of Fire emblem and switch sports resort. We are getting Metroid 6 which is called ravenous. It looks bad ass. It is coming in January. i can’t wait of it.
Kirby is coming back in a new 3D open world adventure. Kirby and the world beyond will arrive in the spring next year. As for the returning IP? Kirby is a Nintendo IP so I will count it as a win.
Overall, this is a of my worst prediction blogs ever. I can’t believe how many I got wrong. What did I think about the directs. The Zelda direct was good. I wish we got more but they show the gameplay which is the most important part. As for the regular direct? It wasn’t that bad, but it was a massive disspointment.
