I cannot believe it folks. We are exactly 30 days away from the big switch 2 direct. I am so pumped about this it is not funny. With it being 30 days away now, I have decided to list my top 10 switch games of all time. The only rule I have is that I must own the games. The list is in no particular order except the last game which is my all-time favorite switch game.
Marvel vs Capcom fighting collection
Let’s start out with a non-Nintendo game. Marvel vs Capcom came out this past November and it crack into my top ten. I remember playing these games in the arcade back in the day. I miss those days so much. After the disaster which was Marvel vs Capcom: infinite, many thought that the two brands would never work with each other again. Hopefully we will get a Marvel vs Capcom 4 soon.
Bayonetta 3
Despite the lackluster story and some performance issues, I love this game. A couple of times I stayed up the entire night to play as my favorite sexy witch. With the power of the switch 2, it can fix the game’s performance issues and make it a smoother gaming experience.
Octopath traveler
It took me days to find a copy of this game. I was really not fan of 2D HD until I played this. Seriously give the RPG a chance. We need a third game in the series.
Metroid prime remastered
Prime is my all time favorite Gamecube game ever. I was shocked that Nintendo remastered and import this classic game to the switch. I love playing as Samus in first person. While we are still waiting for prime 2, 3, and 4 to arrive, please do yourself a favorite and play this.
Metroid Dread
Even though this game is harder than hell, I loved it. It was great seeing Samus going back to her 2D side scrolling beginnings.
Fire Emblem warriors
Before this I had never played a fire emblem game before. I know that this is not a traditional game in the series, I’ve enjoyed playing all of the characters thought the series.
Super smash bros ultimate
Enough said. It was seeing Cloud vs Mario, Bayonetta vs Sephiroth, the guy from kingdom hearts vs the guy from Tekken, and so on. Hopefully the next installment will have more guest fighters added to the mix.
Mario kart 8 deluxe
Everyone and their grandmothers own this game. After all of these years we are finally getting Mario kart 9 this year.
Super Mario odyssey
The first Mario game for the switch was awesome. To me, this is the best 3D Mario game since the classic Mario 64.
The legend of Zelda: breath of the wild.
Now of the last and most important game on the list. This is the game that launch the switch to massive success. To me this is the greatest Zelda game ever. I spent countless hours on this game. It was great playing as Link roaming around Hyrule finding every secret. Simply put breath of the wild is nothing short of a masterpiece.
