Last time I did my first 10 predictions. Now it’s the time for the next ten. Let’s begin.
11 Xenoblade chronicles X remake will be announced
Xenoblade X a hidden gem that is stuck on the Wii U. With 3 already release earlier this year and becoming a hit. X needs to come to the switch. I’m guessing that the X remake will be announced next year. Most likely it will be release in 2024.
12 Game boy and GBA will come to the expansion pack
I thought this would have happen at the direct. With the bad start with the N64 games got, I guess Nintendo wanted to get it right. They will come next year.
13 MK12 will come out
If you hadn’t guessed already, I am a Mortal Kombat fan. I am thinking that the game might be announced at the upcoming game awards in December. If this happen, the game will come out sometime in the spring.
14 Twilight princess and wind waker are not coming.
With all the rumors made by the so called insiders, pretty much everyone including myself believe that both games were heading to the switch this year. We all know it didn’t happen. I don’t think that both games are not coming the switch the next year either. Heck I don’t think that the both of them are coming to the switch at all anymore.
15 Mega Man 12
Capcom loves to remake their IPs lately. Next year we are getting the resident evil 4 remake. I am guessing that Mega Man will get another game. Mega Man 11 came out back in Oct 2018. Will we hear news about Mega Man 12. I think so.
16 Lack of 3rd party support for the switch
Nintendo always have issues with 3rd parties support since the N64. Next year I think it will be the same. Sure we will get a few games, remakes, and ports but now most of the companies are now focusing on both the PS5 and Series X. With the switch’s life is whining down, the console will now get many games next year.
17 New Donkey Kong game
This rumor about a new Donkey Kong game seems to be around forever. I am believing that we will see this rumored game next year.
18 Xbox Activision will go though
As much I don’t won’t this to happen, it will happen. As much as Sony president Jim Ryan is trying to stop it. It will happen.
19 Another Sega console is coming to the expansion pack
Sometimes I think that Sega gives more of a damn about the expansion pack than Nintendo does. I did guess that the Sega CD was going to announced at the direct. I am feeling that a Sega console will come to the expansion pack next year. Probably we get the Sega CD, game gear, or 32x. Hopefully we will get the Saturn or dreamcast.
20 Many exclusives will come to the series X
As we know Microsoft is buying pretty much every studio under the sun. Yet we hadn’t seen hardly any games from them. Next year I believe that we will finally see the fruits of their labor. The series X will have a lot of exclusives in 2023.
