Nintendo’s newest direct is tomorrow. Everyone is guesses what will be and not be at the showing. Now it’s time to put my two cents in and guess in what I believe will be at the direct.
The expansion pack
The expansion pack have a very rough start yet Nintendo is improving on it. I would love for Nintendo to start the show by addressing the issues for the expansion pack. Maybe they can say they are sorry for the issues. Then they will announce that they going to lower the price and they shadow drop a new console to the expansion pack but we all know that it won’t happen. Instead I think that the show will begin with the news The legend of Zelda, Majora’s mask is out now.
The next expansion news is that Kirby 64: the crystal shards will be the next game coming to the expansion pack in March. Also I believe that Nintendo will shadow drop five genesis games to the pack tomorrow. Will goldeneye be announced? No. I think goldeneye will come to the expansion pack at E3.
3rd party game
I believe that a few 3rd party games will be announce tomorrow. With the 2nd sonic movie coming this spring, I am guessing that Sonic origins release date with come. Another Sega game could be seen tomorrow. The house of the dead trailer had already come but we hadn’t heard anything else since then. I think it will get a release date tomorrow.
Two rumored games could show up tomorrow. The Batman arkham collection, a game that have been leaked about a week ago might be announce for the switch. Final fantasy pixels, a collection of the first six games in the series also could show up tomorrow. I believe both will get release date tomorrow.
1st party games
Now we they getting to the meat of the subject, the Nintendo games themselves. We will most likely not see Metroid prime, prime trilogy, and prime 4 tomorrow. In fact I think we will not hear anything about these games in 2022. Hopefully good news about Metroid will come. I think that DLC for dread will be announce.
Next up will be a bit of sad news. A game no one cares about will get a sequel. That is 1 2 switch. The only reason that people bought the game is because it was a launch title for the switch. Then Nintendo will talk about two games that is coming out this year. Those games are Bayonetta 3 and Splatoon 3. The release date for the two will be announce. I believe Splatoon 3 will come around late June to early July. Around the 4th of July I guess. Bayonetta release date will come around Halloween.
Two games that everyone is saying that will be at the direct will be at the direct. First is the new fire emblem game. The second game is Xenoblade 3. Both games will have short trailers to them. I still have hope that Xenoblade X will come this year. I believe that Xenoblade 3 will come next year.
I think a new 3D Donkey Kong game will show up. Also has a big shocker, I am guessing that a trailer for Astral chain 2 will come. For the heavily rumor Mario kart 9, it’s not coming at the direct or anytime soon. Breath of the wild 2 will also not be show at the direct. Most likely more news is coming during E3. Also I think we will not get any news about wind waker and twilight princess coming to the switch this year.
My last prediction is that we will get info on a new Mario game. Maybe a sport game or odysseys 2.
