Last week we had the fall direct. Now i am going back to see how well I have done with my predictions. Spoiler alert not well.

Mario mania

Yes we got a lot of Mario but maybe we got too much Mario. We saw more of Super Mario RPG and the latest Mario kart DLC. I was wrong about the princess peach game. Princess Peach showtime is coming in March. We are also getting Mario vs Donkey Kong, Luigi’s mansion 2 HD, and Paper Mario and the thousand-year door as well.

Metroid news

Nothing. I thought we would get news on prime 2.

Scarlett and Violet DLC

Nothing

MK1 gameplay

Going by the images and gameplay now we know why it wasn’t shown.

Gamecube news

I think that the gamecube will never to the NSO. At least paper Mario is coming to the switch.

A new Fire emblem game

I was wrong. I should have stayed with my first prediction that we are not getting a new game.

A major3rd party is coming to the switch

Nothing earth breaking but Tomb raider I-III remastered, Saga emerald beyond, Prince of Persia, Contra, and Unicorn overload was announced. You know what? I am taking this as a win.

Donkey Kong and/or F Zero will return

Pyoto was correct but not in the way I wanted. Our favorite monkey is returning but sadly not in his own adventure. It is Mario vs Donkey Kong. F Zero is back but it is F Zero 99. It is a battle royale.

Hollow knight is finally come

I give up. I don’t think this will never come.

One last chance

Just like hollow knight I give up. Twilight princess, wind waker, and Xenoblade X will never come to the switch. It be best to buy a wii u and buy those games for that system.

Overall the direct wasn’t bad but it was just lackluster. This direct proves that the switch is on it’s last legs.
