First off, I am sorry I did not do this earlier. I just started a new job. Then of course the entire switch 2 price drama began, and I need to write about that. Right now I am going to put aside all of the drama for now and talk about the switch 2 direct. you might already guess by the title, too me this was the best direct they ever did. They needed to delivery, and they did. There was so much goodness in it I have to split this blog into two parts. Let’s go thought part one of my highlights.
Super Mario kart world
Mario and the gang are back. It been a very long time since we got a new entry into the series. We get to grind, bounce on walls, ski on water, race as a cow, so much more. Also we get to roam around in this massive world freely and take selfies as well.
Kirby and the forgotten land
I did review the demo some time ago but I never bought the game. For the switch 2, the game will have improved frames rates and graphics and will have a new DLC named star crossed world to it.
Metroid prime 4 beyond
We waited for years to suit up as Samus and explore a new world. Samus will have new psychic abilities at her disposal. For the switch 2, you can play in 4K at 60fps or performance mode in HD 120fps. Plus you can use the mouse control as well
Pokémon Z A
The last Pokémon game I played was Pokémon snap. I was thinking about getting scarlet, but we all know that game has many issues. Z A will have a switch 2 version. What caught my eye the ranked system. You start at rank Z and you must claw your way to rank A.
Elden ring the tarnished edition
Me, everyone, and their grandmas guessed that Elden ring was coming to the switch 2. Everyone was right. The tarnished edition will include the shadow of the erdtree DLC.
Street fighter 6
You will get all the fighters from both season 1 and 2 will the game. This will be available on launch day, and I will be getting it.
Deamon X Machina: Titanic scion
I had never played the first one. I am a sucker for things that have huge robots in it so I might give this one a spin.
Split fiction
This game is from the makers of it takes two. This game looks badass and a lot of fun. Too bad I don’t have a friend to play with.
Madden
It is good that the Madden series is returning to Nintendo.
Hogwarts Legacy
I am not a Harry Potter fan. I was thinking about buying it in 2023 to support JK but I didn’t. With the mouse support, I might buy it this time.
Hitman: world of assassinations
I’ve never played a hitman game before. I might become agent 47 and think of fun ways to kill off my targets in this game.
Project 007
From the studio that is making hitman, they are making a new game starting everyone’s favorite agent. We saw no footage and no gameplay but I am pumped about this one.
